Burger King

I came here on Christmas Eve because they were the only place open. We walked inside and was greeted by a nice lady who explained there was a small wait. We were fine waiting. She came and took our order after sending order after oder out the drive thru window. She was almost out of breath but held composure! She said it would be a little bit so we sat down at a table while we waited. We soon began to realize that they were very short handed and that she and only one other individual was working. In the time we wait we were allowed to see how someone truly cares about people who come in demanding food one Christmas Eve. They got everyone's order completed. They still greeted everyone with a smile and they were there on Christmas Eve alone working their butts off for all of us....so I truly want to tell you thank you so very much for your service that night! You both did the best job you could've possibly done with what you had and all for us on Christmas Eve! You both should get a raise for handling this restaurant like that and not just walking out when times got tough!

Erica, Scott and Sarah are the best! My husband is highly allergic to sesame seeds, and they made sure his meal was sesame free. It was very clean and the food was all fresh, delicious, and exactly what we ordered!

I want to give an incredible huge shout out to this entire team. The manager Scott was incredibly helpful. He was so kind. He helped me figure out ways to make my order more cost efficient. Hanna, the cashier who helped us. The first time was incredibly kind. She was knowledgeable. She knew what needed to be done around the restaurant as well as how to treat an employee and customers. Sarah, another cashier there made us feel like we were at home as soon as we walked in. My children who are both very shy, felt so comfortable with the employees and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was such a beautiful thing to see how the employees interacted with my children and myself, and they made us feel like we were royalty. We were treated so incredibly well at this Burger King. We decided to give it a second shot and go back again the next day because we were visiting in the area and again the second time we went in, we were immediately greeted and made to feel like we were a long time, friends and family of all of the employees in this Burger King. This is the kind of environment and respect and loyalty that Restaurants should give to their customers. My oldest wished that this Burger King was by our house because it was such a positive experience both times. And honestly, I do too. I have never had a better experience at any Burger King across the entire country. This statement alone should be enough to give this store five stars, but I won’t stop there. In addition to having the best customer service I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant, I have never in my life had a better burger than at this burger, King. My daughter and my son both had chicken fingers and they were so fresh. They felt like they were so full of life and were so juicy and perfect. They didn’t feel like they were double dropped. They didn’t feel like they had been sitting. They didn’t feel like they were bottom of the bag. They felt fresh they tasted fresh they were juicy they were bold. They were delicious. This is the standard that I expect all Burger King’s to be unfortunately, I know that I will never get this type of positivity and service at any other Burger King restaurant or any fast food restaurant I’m sure but if you’re looking for a place where you can just walk in and have amazingly hot fresh fantastic food And a positive uplifting environment while you’re enjoying a quick meal this is where you want to go. I believe the cooks name was Darrell, I know I’m not spelling that right but the food was absolutely perfect. This man deserves such good credit for making this food at such a high quality. The manager deserves credit for leading such an amazing team to work well as a well oiled machine. Both of the cashiers deserve credit because they are so incredibly friendly and they did their job with a smile on their face politely And really made a difference. It’s crazy to say that a fast food restaurant was a big part of our family vacation but the way that we were treated there we felt like we were with family. I cannot stress enough how incredibly amazing this crew is in its entirety. I don’t know who needs to see this, but if you are reading it and have made it this far, please know that this is the best darn Burger King. I’ve ever been to please give this store some credit. Thank you from one very happy and satisfied family!

Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. Whopper combo meal was served fast and the burger and fries were both fresh and hot. Right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. The manager Scott was super nice and professional and observed him helping out the staff to get the orders out fast. He also walked the customer area and picked up, cleaned and straightened out anything that was out of place.

I went thru drive thru but the staff was friendly and got my order done fast and accurate.

You know everyone wants to leave a bad review about this birthday. Unfortunately, I've been coming up from Miami. All the time with business in the villages and I've had nothing but exceptional service instead of always leading a bad review. One meet people show how these employees go out of their way. To make it an enjoyable experience as much as they can

Visited the drive through on a Saturday at 130 PM. I usually avoid these places because the order is always wrong, or just not fresh. This location delivered my sandwich as ordered and it was great. I was one of two cars in the drive through, but inside looked a little busy.

A new gentleman took over this location. Service was AWESOME! VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. We were very happy with the food and service. Will be returning.
